The key purpose of meeting minutes is
to create an official record of what happened in a meeting,
what was discussed, and any decisions that were made.
But the minutes do not reveal how decisions
were made.
Minutes are also not a legal record —
but video recordings are.
Since not everyone has availability during
board meeting times, I will make recordings of all board
meetings and archive them here.
They can then be downloaded and stored
on a hard drive or DVD.
If you need me to burn them to DVDs for
you, just give me the dates you want and I will be glad
to do it.
